DUI NEWS ALERT

dui news alertYOU, as a PA licensed driver, are forced to submit to a blood draw any time a police officer believes he/she has grounds for a DUI arrest, subject to a one year license suspension for refusal.

Recently, however, we have learned that some hospitals cannot achieve reliable test results on a blood sample.   Hospitals which have flunked proficiency tests with the Department of Health include: GROVE CITY  MEDICAL CENTER, SHARON REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM, and  UPMC HORIZON- GREENVILLE

Anyone receiving a DUI charge that was tested at these facilities may have grounds to challenge the accuracy of their blood alcohol test result.  Our firm receives information from your testing hospital under subpoena and this information is analyzed by experts. We have  used this evidence in Court to successfully challenge inaccurate blood alcohol tests of our clients who are facing a DUI charge in 2009 and 2010. More Info
